motivation plays an important role

I usually see people oftenly trying to start workouts or exercises … and postponed those things now and then… being so lazy …

But if you want to see some changes in your physicality you need to do some sacrifices … i don’t even call them as sacrifices … they are obstacles that you need to come over…

Get up and start doing workouts from the day you are willing to do…sri

Don’t postpone them…

keep in mind one thing …

“the body is important …but…

it is the mind that is more important than the body”

Train your mind and your body will follow
