ac / non ac

some people have silly doubts like

whether doing gym in ac is a good one or doing exercises in non ac(non air conditioned gym) is a good one ! 🙂

 

The answer is both have the some benifits and drawbacks

 

while we are doing exercises in non ac gym we get tired of very quickly where as if we are doing exercises in ac gym
then we don’t feel tired and can do longer workouts

where as if we want to get rid of excess amount of toxins through sweat, then we have to prefer non ac gym
